Physicist and now nutrition and human performance expert, John Kiefer, discusses in this video the topics of ultra-low carbohydrate diets, carb backloading, and the method he developed of “The Carb Nite“.

Carb Nite is essentially a modified form of the ultra-low carb diet, comprised of consuming very little carbohydrates (less than 30 grams per day), along with one night of carb binging added every 5-10 days, for the purpose of spiking insulin levels and in response raising multiple fat burning hormones in the body.
