Carb Nite is essentially a modified form of the ultra-low carb diet, comprised of consuming very little carbohydrates (less than 30 grams per day), along with one night of carb binging added every 5-10 days, for the purpose of spiking insulin levels and in response raising multiple fat burning hormones in the body.
