  • KetoCaNa -Calcium & Sodium Beta-hydroxybutrate powder. I first bought this on Amazon and started using it after I heard Dominic D’Agostino recommend it on a podcast with Tim Ferriss. It’s got a tart citrus flavor, and my favorite way of drinking it is mixing it with a cranberry flavored La Croix, along with a tablespoon of Calm, and a few drops of liquid stevia.
  • SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Liquid Stevia, SteviaClear – you can buy these with flavorings like Toffee, Vanilla Creme, Chocolate, and Caramel, but I really prefer the clear, unflavored kind. Note: this is VERY sweet and only takes a few drops to equal the sweetness you’d get from a tablespoon of sugar, so this 4 ounce bottle should last you quite a while.
  • Wright Salt – a great source of Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride, but doesn’t have much salt taste like table salt.
  • Nature’s Way Organic Extra Virgin, Pure & Unrefined, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • MCT Oil
  • Pruvit Products – Keto OS is the one product I’ve been testing so far. I will have a review post on my experience & results with it soon.
  • Kettle & Fire Organic Bone Broth – Fresh, never frozen. NO preservatives. Bones are from organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed animals only. And, they now have both BEEF and CHICKEN bone broth.
